Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Location: 137-35 Northern Blvd, Flushing, NY 🗽
Admission: Free / All are welcome

Description:
Step into a world where the body becomes both myth and map. Dream Anatomy is a haunting, immersive art exhibition that reimagines anatomy through the lenses of alchemical allegory, collective memory, and personal transformation. Set against the backdrop of post-dictatorship Chile, the show reveals the body as a vessel of resilience, migration, and metamorphosis. 🌙🦴🌄

What You’ll Experience:
🫀 Visual storytelling that blends anatomy, symbolism, and surrealism
🕊️ Paintings and mixed-media works where birds rise from voids and skeletons drift through dreamscapes
🔥 Themes of exile, survival, identity, and spiritual transformation
🧬 A poetic reflection on how the body holds—and transcends—history

Why It Matters:
In a time when identity and origin are often dissected and politicized, Dream Anatomy dares to reassemble the self through imagination, legacy, and art. It invites us to consider: What does it mean to inhabit a body shaped by displacement—and how can we dream that body into the future?

Quote from Curator Fabio Puentes:

“Anatomy is not merely biological, but symbolic: bones become borders, sinews tie past to present, and skin becomes the canvas of dreams deferred and reborn.”

Call to Action:
Join us in Flushing, Queens, for this powerful exhibition that blends the spiritual with the corporeal, the political with the personal, and the scientific with the mystical. Don’t miss this unique artistic journey into the soul of the body.
